The best for DCWin. Sell out, totally give up the internet provider part, and get back to being used for emergency personnel, etc, which will cost still but a lot cheaper than the tricks they are trying.

I wouldnt have any problem at all if the money was going for a road or for our schools, but when we are taxed to death because of our bonehead supervisors and representives, it makes me sick. And that is the truth, Paul Buchanon and Keith Viers have run our county into the dirt. If paying for this decal was under different circumstances Rocket I would also be all for it. You say that counties all around us have this program then why is Dickenson county just now doing it? Because its an attempt to barely keep our head above water for a little longer and its wrong no matter how you look at it and when the board is 4-1 in favor of the democrats, and our representitive is a demorcrat, the facts speak for themselves.

You obviously havent been inside very many Dickenson county schools, and you surely havent driven on any roads in Dickenson county.

Higher taxes= better schools, better roads...my a$$

Calm down greencrest1272! Shez, if I didn't know any better, I would think you were a republican! You get way into this stuff. All politicans are crooks. George Bush, Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Dick Cheney, Ross Perot, state politicians, local politicans. Their might be an expection to the rule every now and then, but most politicans are mainly crooks. I agree with both sides I have no problem with the County stickers it could help with some of the folk we have in the county that never pay there property taxes. BUT DCWIN is a black hole of a money pit for the county and probably got Adelpha and Verizon offering Broadban internet to the county sooner than they would have otherwise. I have heard mixed reviews on the quality of DCWIN which is cheaper than Cable and about the same cost as DSL but with way to much baggage

Jim Gilmore, did away with tax state went to hell. George Bush gives tax breaks, cost of everything else in this country sky rockets, especially healthcare and housing. So, I strongly encourage you to continue voting republican.

Vote either way...You'll see one of these day that both could care less about us...I'm neither Republican nor Democrat because they care only about their pockets...So to all whom vote continue to put these Republicans and Democrats in office and see where they lead us.
